Design Intent
The design intent was to create a landmark commercial structure that combines classical proportions with contemporary architectural language. The use of arches, symmetry, and refined detailing adds a sense of grandeur, while the minimalist palette and large glazed openings maintain a modern and elegant character.

Materials Used
The façade incorporates textured exterior paint, fluted wall panels, aluminium-framed glazing, decorative metal accents, clear toughened glass, and stone-finished plinth elements. Integrated architectural lighting highlights the vertical features and arches, enhancing the building’s appearance during both day and night
