Requirements
The project was envisioned as a premium commercial office development offering efficient workspaces, a professional image, and a durable building envelope. The design needed to maximize natural light, provide flexible office layouts, and establish a strong presence along the street frontage.

Design Intent
The design intent was to create a modern business landmark that reflects professionalism and innovation. The façade utilizes horizontal bands and geometric accents to break the scale of the structure, creating visual interest while maintaining a balanced and contemporary architectural language.

Materials Used
The exterior incorporates curtain wall glazing, ACP cladding panels, aluminium framing systems, granite-finished base elements, and exterior-grade architectural coatings. The combination of glass, metal, and durable façade materials ensures a modern aesthetic, energy efficiency, and low-maintenance performance suitable for a commercial environment.
