Materials Used
The building façade primarily utilizes high-performance blue-tinted curtain wall glazing supported by aluminium framing systems. ACP cladding panels and exterior-grade textured finishes are incorporated to define the building edges and architectural features. Stone-finished elements at the entrance and boundary walls enhance durability and create a sophisticated arrival experience, while energy-efficient glazing contributes to thermal comfort and reduced heat gain.
