ARABICA 2

Arabica Café Club was designed as a multi-functional destination that seamlessly combines hospitality and social interaction under one roof. The project integrates a contemporary café, premium dining spaces, lounge seating, and a dedicated library, creating a unique environment where visitors can work, read, relax, and engage in meaningful conversations. The architecture and interiors are carefully curated to provide a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, establishing the space as a vibrant community hub.
Requirements
I. Requirements
The project brief called for a versatile facility that could accommodate diverse user groups, including students, professionals, families, and café patrons. The design needed to include a dedicated library, formal and casual dining areas, lounge seating, private gathering spaces, and an efficient service layout. Comfort, functionality, visual appeal, and a strong brand identity were essential requirements, along with creating distinct zones while maintaining a cohesive overall experience.
Design Intent
The design intent was to create a sophisticated yet approachable destination that balances contemporary elegance with warmth and comfort. The exterior façade combines modern glazing with wood-finished elements, creating a strong visual identity that reflects transparency and openness. Internally, the spaces transition between luxurious neoclassical-inspired dining areas and warm contemporary café environments. Soft curves, decorative mouldings, custom lighting, and thoughtfully designed seating arrangements enhance the spatial experience, while natural textures and warm tones create an inviting ambiance. The library component further enriches the project by introducing a calm and focused environment within the dynamic hospitality setting.
Materials Used
The material palette combines large-format vitrified flooring, premium textured paints, decorative wall mouldings, and extensive glazing to create a bright and elegant interior environment. Natural wood finishes, veneer cladding, fluted panels, and custom-crafted furniture add warmth and character throughout the café spaces. Upholstered seating in neutral and earthy tones complements the rich wooden tables, while crystal chandeliers, concealed LED lighting, and decorative wall sconces contribute to the luxurious ambiance. Feature elements such as arched niches, wooden ceiling treatments, patterned wallpapers, indoor planters, and premium laminate finishes have been incorporated to create a timeless and memorable hospitality experience.
