Requirements
The project was envisioned as a modern residence that combines simplicity with elegance. The objective was to create bright, comfortable, and functional spaces that foster a strong connection with nature while maintaining a refined and timeless aesthetic.

Design Intent
Inspired by Mediterranean architecture and contemporary tropical living, the design integrates arched openings, textured surfaces, natural materials, and abundant daylight to create warm and inviting interiors. The overall composition emphasizes openness, tranquility, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, resulting in a home that feels both sophisticated and relaxing.

Materials Used
The material palette consists of natural stone, textured plaster, terracotta roof tiles, timber finishes, cane detailing, glass, and aluminium. Soft neutral tones, handcrafted wood elements, and warm ambient lighting enhance the overall character, creating a timeless and understated sense of luxury.
