Requirements
The client envisioned a modern yet relaxed holiday-inspired residence that would feel elegant, comfortable, and deeply connected to its natural surroundings. The brief called for spacious living areas, abundant natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor transitions, and interiors that balance sophistication with warmth. A simple material palette and uncluttered design language were essential to achieving a calm and refined atmosphere.

Design Intent
The design intent was to create a contemporary tropical sanctuary inspired by organic living. Soft curves, arched doorways, natural textures, and carefully framed views of the landscape were introduced to establish a sense of serenity and timelessness. The interior spaces were designed around natural light, earthy tones, and tactile materials, fostering a relaxed environment that promotes comfort, wellness, and connection with nature.

Materials Used
The project utilizes a carefully curated palette of natural stone cladding, textured plaster finishes, large-format stone flooring, engineered wood, solid wood furniture, and powder-coated metal details. Floor-to-ceiling glazing enhances transparency and daylight penetration, while woven fabrics, cane accents, and warm timber elements add depth and character.
